This would be especially impressive considering that the previous all-time record was a massive $17.5 million for two residential lots in Harbor Acres, previously set in 2022.
Currently, the number of properties located in Sarasota and Manatee counties that are on sale for over $10 million number is at 49; however, none of their asking prices come even close to touching the Siesta Key estate’s $22 million.
Sarasota real estate in general has seen a recent decline in the overall number of sales being closed upon, but prices have remained steady regardless as sellers continue hold out hope for high returns on their investments.
